This page is maintained by EG Aesthetics Clinic ("we", "us", "our") to explain how we handle information about visitors to this website and people who get in touch with us. It is written in plain language and is intended as a basic notice while the clinic is preparing to open. It is not legal advice.

Who we are

EG Aesthetics Clinic is a nurse-led aesthetics practice based in Stoke, run by Elisha Godfrey. The clinic has not yet opened for treatments — this website exists to share information and let people register interest.

Information we collect

We only collect what you choose to share with us. That generally means:

Messages you send via Instagram direct message (@eg.aestheticsclinic).
Booking details you submit through our external booking provider, FacesConsent.
Basic technical information your browser sends to any website (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not currently run our own analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use the information you give us solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange an appointment once the clinic is open, and provide safe aesthetic care. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

Bookings are handled by FacesConsent, a specialist consent and booking platform for aesthetics practitioners. When you book, your details are processed by them under their own privacy policy. Direct messages on Instagram are governed by Meta's privacy policy.

Imagery on this site

Because the clinic has not yet started treating clients, the photography used across this website is AI-generated for illustrative purposes only. No image on this site represents a real EG Aesthetics Clinic client, a real treatment result, or a guaranteed outcome. Real clinic photography — only ever shared with explicit, written client consent — will replace these images once the clinic opens.

Cookies

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by embedded third-party services (such as the booking provider) when you interact with them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, message us on Instagram at @eg.aestheticsclinic.
